21 Power of Suggestion Protean - - 3.0s 4.0s - Augments the parties power pool and arcane mitigations. Also adds a ward that periodically absorbs a small amount of arcane damage.
22 Mesmerize Protean - - 2.0s 8.0s - Mesmerizes an opponent. This spell can be cast even while stunned or stifled.
23 Ego Strike/td> Protean - - 3.0s 12.0s - Does instant mental damage, and has a chance to root the enemy.
23 Sibyllant Protean - - 2.0s 45.0s - Places impairment on the target which has a chance to proc an area effect mental damage attack on their allies when it attacks. If they proc on their allies, a thoughtstone is granted to the coercer and the spell expires.
24 Simple Minds Protean - - 3.0s 12.0s - Deals instant mental damage to an opponent and surrounding encounter members, and drains power from the opponent.
25 Terrible Awe Protean - - 1.0s 20.0s - Mesmerizes an opponent and it's allies, but also costs additional power periodically and prevents the coercer from moving for the duration of the spell. This spell requires a thoughtstone to cast.

27 Unnerving Stare Protean - - 2.0s 1 min. - Drains power over time and stuns an opponent.
28 Melancholy Protean - - 2.0s 10.0s - Deals mental damage over time, lowers arcane mitigations and reduces attack speed.
28 Despotic Mind Protean - - 2.0s 9.0s - Does instant mental damage to the opponent, and places an impairment on them. If the enemy dies while under this impairment, a thoughtstone will be granted.
29 Signet of Insight Protean - - 3.0s 4.0s - Increases agility, intelligence, and mental mitigation of the group.
30 Bewilder Protean - - 4.0s 45.0s - Stuns your target and reduces the hate towards the caster from this enemy.
30 Illusion Other: Ratonga Protean - - 1.0s 1 min. - Covers form of the targeted individual with an illusory image.
30 Withering Silence Protean - - 2.0s 8.0s - Drains power over time and reduces the casting ability of an opponent.
31 Anguish Protean - - 4.0s 7.0s - Deals damage over time, while granting power to the coercer.
32 Consuming Thoughts Protean - - 2.0s 45.0s - Drains power over time from opponent, and grants power over time to coercer and allies.
32 Ignore Protean - - 4.0s 30.0s - Renders an ally invisible. This augmentation may only be cast on the coercer, or one ally at a time
33 Discomfiting Gaze Protean - - 3.0s 12.0s - Deals instant mental damage to opponent and its allies, and drains power from the opponent.
33 Refresh Protean - - 4.0s 2.0s - Grants power over time and increases the power pool of an ally.
34 Freezing Wind Protean - - 3.0s 20.0s - Deals cold damage over time and decreased elemental damage mitigation to enemy and surrounding encounter members.
34 Bravado Protean - - 2.0s 16.0s - Grants additional attack speed to the coercer and his allies.
35 Empathic Link Protean - - 2.0s 9.0s - Augmentation, placed on an ally, that has a chance to deal instant mental damage to any attacker of that ally.
35 Exhortation Protean - - 3.0s 4.0s - Increases power pool and arcane mitigations of the coercer and allies. Also adds a ward that periodically absorbs a small amount of arcane damage.
35 Kintaz' Mournful Pose Protean - - 1.0s 20.0s - Coerces the target to perform an action.
35 Kintaz's Boggling Request Protean - - 1.0s 25.0s - Coerces the target to perform an action.
36 Forced Hesitation Protean - - 3.0s 9.0s - Roots an opponent and decreases the opponent's melee damage output while rooted.
37 Beguile Protean - - 2.0s 8.0s - Grants coercer control over the opponent. This is only effective against lesser opponents.
37 Haruspex Protean - - 2.0s 45.0s - Impairment, placed on an opponent that has a chance to deal instant mental damage to the opponent and its allies in the immediate area whenever the opponent attacks. When this damage occurs, a thoughtstone is grated to the coercer and the impairment expires.
38 Annoying Demeanor Protean - - 2.0s 9.0s - Augmentation which grants your target a bonus to the amount of hate they generate. This helps your tanks hold aggro.
38 Enthrall Protean - - 2.0s 8.0s - Mesmerizes an enemy. This spell can be cast even while you are stunned or stifled.
39 Dreadful Awe Protean - - 1.0s 20.0s - Mesmerizes an opponent and its allies in the immediate area. But also costs additional power periodically and prevents the coercer from moving throughout the duration of the spell. This spell requires a thought stone to cast.
39 Ego Blast Protean - - 3.0s 12.0s - Deals instant mental damage and has a chance to root the opponent.
40 Illusion Other: Troll Protean - - 1.0s 1 min. - Covers form of targeted player with an illusory form.
40 Signet of Realization Protean - - 3.0s 4.0s - Increases intelligence, agility and mental mitigation of gorup. Also grants a reactive ability on recipients that has chance to drain power and grant power to the ally being attacked.
41 Eerie Focus Protean - - 2.0s 1 min. - Drains power over time and stuns the opponent.
41 Perplexity Protean - - 4.0s 45.0s - Stuns an opponent and reduces hate towards the caster from that opponent.
42 Despair Protean - - 2.0s 10.0s - Mental damage over time and reduces attack speed on opponent.
42 Tyrannical Mind Protean - - 2.0s 9.0s - Does instant mental damage to the opponent, and places an impairment on them. If they die under this impairment, a thoughtstone is granted.
43 Reek of Terror Protean - - 0.0s 15 min. - Self buff that forces attackers to flee in terror, and reduces hate towards caster while the attacker is fleeing.
43 Seizure Protean - - 2.0s 2.0s - Deals instant mental damage and interrupts an opponent. Also has a chance to drain power.

50 Demoralizing Gaze Protean - - 3.0s 45.0s - Stuns an opponent and it's surrounding allies.
